Strategic Design

"Strategic design is a designerly approach for proposing design, business, or social strategies that support business or community goals and the interests of multiple stakeholders. Strategic designers address complex situations, generate value, and commit in the long term. For these, they must conduct most, if not all, of the design activities with high intensity" (Meja, 2026)

Since 2021, our co-founder Calvin has been helping organizations to strategically align their vision and mission with their products, services and training program to:

  • Support business or community goals;

  • Serve the interests of multiple stakeholders;

  • Address complex situations;

  • Generate shared-value;

  • Sustain commitment to personal, professional and organizational development.

Our students walked out with both mind-blowing diagrams and deeper insights into pressing social issues. Big thanks again for bringing your energy, humor, empathy, and wisdom to our cohort. "
